Directions: Travel to Fort Louis, on the Southern tip of Red Isle. Make sure the Smuggler’s Camp is not present as this may not spawn the lore entry.
Step 1: Head from the landing spot up the pathway and follow it to the left.
Step 2: At the higher camp, the archive is near to the Cooking Fire.
Not sure if it will spawn if the Smuggler’s Camp is present.
