As I gaze past the bodies of my brothers and sisters to Fort Du Bont in the East, I press my palms upon this earth.
I am calmed.
The ancestry of this place cannot be taken by force.
The Compagnie may bring their endless ships and spill what blood we have left. It will merely serve to feed the soil with our strength.
I go now, inland, to entreat the Old Mining Kingdoms. Surely they must join the resistance now.
