Ibrahim ibn Suleiman, Grand Vizier of Mchanga,

At last, the throne is mine.

My brother Mwenye’s reign of neglect, weakness and corruption is no more. I have lifted our Kingdom out of darkness and into the light of a new dawn.

My divine fire is a cleansing force, that is certain, but the civil war has left our fields asunder. Great Ukuta, the capital of the Confederation, is in ashes and loyalists continue to plague my ascension.

My armies requires replenishment to wipe to out the insurgency and masons need materials to rebuild our palaces. Perhaps for a future wedding?

I hear your son Omari is looking for a bride. A coincidence, as my second daughter Layla has just come of age. A fine couple they would make…

Shall I count on your allegiance, Grand Vizier? Will you support your Queen?

I await your swift repsonse.

Queen Halisi
