The Sea People Must Be Destroyed

By Order of His Majesty Asandrara, High King of the Clan of Fara, you are granted his divine power and authority to plunder and seize all ships and vessels, merchandise, silver, goods and wares from the Sea People who inhabit the Red Isle or its diamond coast.
Our enemies have proven to be a great hindrance to trade, navigation and a danger to our subjects and allies. If they do not yield, they must be compelled by force.
