Breakdown
I’ve worked on this build around the sambuk, and his fire crew attack and bonus damages.

So in that purpose, I’ve worked around furnitures to help crew attack, I’ve chosen the boatswain’s call for higher damages, the spiked war horn for higher charge rate. The boatswain’s call can be changed with a range furniture if you have troubles getting close to targets, or with a demi-cannons elemental damage furniture.
Since the sambuk crew attack delivers fire damage and helps charging the status effect, I’m using the volatile fuel, to have an even bigger charge rate, and gunpowder bench to increase damages to target on fire. You can replace the gunpowder bench with a demi-cannon elemental damage furniture.

For the weapons, sadly the slow speed of the sambuk, forces us to use long nines to break the sails of the target and have a chance of catching it, otherwise, if you know you will catch up without issues, I recommend using basilisk to have a full usage of that high gunport.
For the broadsides, of course the zamzama, which will help charging the crew attack, and deliver fire damages to help charging the Fire effect also.
On the back the basilisk, to take full advantage of the gunport, you can also use long nines, to escape, or fire bombard to help charging the Fire effect.
As auxiliary, le fleau is the best choice, is capability of destroying the stamina of your opponent, gives you and opportunity to slow him down, as well as diminushing his bracing capabilities.
